Sian has worked in the property industry for a total of 11 years, 9 of which have been under Image Property. She has moved through Administration, Property Management, Sales, and her current role of Business Development. Sian has been recognized by her peers in the industry for her service and has received accolades from REB (Real Estate Business), LPMA (Leading Property Managers of Australia), and REIQ (Real Estate Institute of QLD). When asked what she enjoys most about her job, her answer is as simple as "Being kind to people. It is shocking how often I receive genuine thanks from people for being a helpful & friendly person". As Business Development Manager, Sian's responsibility lies in the growth of the rent roll for Image Property. From speaking with investors regarding their property portfolio and future plans, to sourcing and securing long-term tenants for their investment with maximum profit and minimal vacancy, she truly loves every facet of the role.
Outside of her work-life, Sian enjoys her role of being a wife & mother of two (three if you include the family dog!). She enjoys social netball, spending quality time with family and friends and is a thorough believer in the fact that you only have one shot at life! Her promise to herself is to never take life too seriously, and to teach her children the importance of kindness.
